Meet the Neighbors

About Us

Joel and Sharman Ramsey
3rd floor West Wing

We are Sharman and Joel Ramsey.  Our official residence is in Dothan, Alabama. Dothan is only 80 miles from Panama City where my husband practices law (Ramsey, Baxley, & McDougle).   But we really "live" in Panama City, Florida.  Harbour Village appealed to us from the very beginning because of its beautiful location and "real" Old Florida ambience. 

Our daughter Brooke lived in our condo for about a year before getting married and moving back to Dothan.  Ginny, the most popular member of our family, lived with her.  Unfortunately, Ginny has gone on to her reward. 

We decided to sell our townhouse on Massalina Bayou and move into our condo here at Harbour Village...and we love it.  Gracie has now become the most popular member of our family.  She lives with us.  This is Gracie.  She is just 7 months old, but loves the view (and the people) at Harbour Village. 

We also have a granddaughter who is six years old, the daughter of our oldest daughter, Cecily, and her husband, Steve.  Lily has already has found a friend in Morris and Patty Leavins' granddaughter, Addison.  Lily looks forward to finding more friends.  We love getting to know our neighbors.  And that is one of the reasons for this "unofficial" Harbour village website.
