Joan Gubbins

Mrs. Gubbins is the Executive Director of The Watchman Foundation.  She is a former Indiana State Senator (1968-1980), where she served as Chairman of the Senate Education Committee.  She was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to the Inter Governmental Advisory Committee on Education and the National Council on Education Research and Improvement.  Mrs. Gubbins is a nationally known researcher and speaker on education and family issues.
