Manners
I know you know...but for those who
don't.....

Please clean up after your dog, wherever you are...the garden, the
beach, the driveway, the sidewalk!!!!

Dispose of your gum in the garbage can...not the public areas!!!!

You might look good and feeling fine,
but those butts are nasty all of the time...Please dispose of them in a
receptacle and do not flick off your neighbors by flicking the butts
around in our public areas, including the garage.

- No glass products around the pool.. Use plastic.
- Only owners and guests accompanied by owners are to use our pool.
- Put the furniture back where you found it so that it will look like
you found it when you leave it.
- It feels like a resort...but is our home (or home away from home) and does not come with room
service.

A resident
eighteen (18) years of age or older must be present and responsible for
guest or resident children under the age of eighteen (18). Resident's
children only between the ages of 13 to 17 may use the pool without
parental supervision if approved by the Association. Parents or
guardians who accompany children must remain with the children during
the time the children are in the pool area, and are responsible for the
children's safety and actions, and for any damage which may occur.
