2 large cans of pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups lemon juice
1 can frozen fruit punch
5 boxes (1 bag) frozen strawberries
5 cups sugar
1 bottle almond extract
4 liter bottles of Sprite

Mix all ingredients except Sprite for the juice base.  Divide among the plastic containers and freeze for at least two nights.  At least 1/2 hour prior to serving, place fruit base block in punch bowl.  Slowly add a bottle of Sprite.  Break ice block until punch is slushy.
